About the CLF

Working with public and private sector partners to deliver improved infrastructure, a resilient and sustainable built environment on a journey to net zero.

Our structure

The Construction Leadership Forum (CLF) is a collaboration between industry and public sector, working to deliver a shared strategic vision through the Construction Accord, to transform the sector.

The CLF was established in 2019 and is chaired by Richard Lochhead, Minister for Business and supported by members drawn from the public and private sectors which oversee the Transformation Action Plan.
